The fact that it clearly says that both cellular voice and VOIP will be supported indicates that they are directly stating that this device will have a voice capability that is not just VOIP based. The device being discussed is a cell phone. The device in question has both cellular voice, and SMS. It's clearly a cell phone, in addition to everything else it's supposed to be. Clearly you didn't read the first few days worth of the thread, because that was one of the main discussion points for the first week or so (that and the screen size; but the two are related, since "it's a cell phone" is the justification for the smaller screen size).
