Well, pulling the card out to copy files and programs from the desktop, basically. I don't wish to have to do this manually by typing commands. Some threads here appear to suggest that the N810 does not like having its card pulled out normally.

I am wondering if the pouch has a screen cover hard enough to protect the device from a moderate direct blow to the screen, like what a Palm device has.
