I haven't read the HIG, but for the English version, I think it would look better if you used sentence capitalisation, e.g.:

Scrollbar size
On startup
Show note
Show search
Use custom colors

rather than

Scrollbar Size
On Startup
Show Note
Show Search
Use Custom Colors
