Sure it must be a fast as far as opengl es devices go but it wouldn't have much horse power any normal applications these days. There is no such thing as half done opengl driver - pretty much everything must be done or nothing works. Vertex and pixel shaders, uploading of textures, frame buffer and display setup just to name some bigger pieces. Maybe two months of work at best. At short glance that doc seems pretty complete but lacks instruction sets for vertex and pixel shaders(Programmable Shader S/W Developer’s Guide). Interesting? Yes. Would having opengl support do any good or be worth it? No.

Very nice looking gizmo though.
