DOS-box emulator is your friend. If you know how to install Win 3.1 on DOS, you can install it on the N810.

The x86 emulator Bochs may be faster, I managed to install Windows 95 on a computer, move the hard drive image to a USB drive, and run windows 95 on the N810 with USB host mode. Really slow though.
