I usually just use my PC to download any flash content. For stuff with a direct link in the code, I use a simple home-made HTML page that I designed. Simple, yet effective.

As for stuff not in the HTML code, I use DownloadHelper within Firefox for that. Works really well. You, of course, can use whatever you want, but it's just an example.
