Actually, you can select "Play all by this artist". When you have indexed your media (i.e. specified folders for your media library in MediaBox) you can browse the list of artists. Opening an artist lists the albums but as first option, there is "All Tracks". This contains all tracks of the artist in alphabetical order. If you don't like that order, either use the shuffle option while playing, or add all tracks to a playlist and reorder them to your liking.

When using an FM transmitter, and forcing the screen to be kept lit all time (because I like it that way in my car), I get about 6 hours of playing music with a fully charged N810. Battery life is slightly better when playing only MP3 instead of Ogg or FLAC.
Make sure that your tablet is in flight mode (no WiFi and Bluetooth radios active) and keep the screen brightness as low as bearable. The transflective screen of the N810 allows me to put the brightness to the lowest level in car.
