I understand the point of DPI, I'm just saying the difference is not that large for the purposes of *book reading* - it's a ~10% DPI diffence, hardly a difference that separates something from being great for ebooks from something that's not for ebooks.

For the record, the kindle (which is kind of an etalon ebook reader) has a lower DPI (160-170 IIRC) than this Omnia and it can't even use tricks like subpixel rendering.
