Office (Word, etc.) isn't the point of this agreement. Share Point is. Share Point will replace Office in the version after 2010 when it totally an integrated piece of the platform. Nokia's agreement assures that not only will they have a piece of the SP pie, but their devices will integrate better and at a cost savings that RIM can't match. Add Maemo devices on top of that and you have the means for enterprises to accept, culture, and develop open source software, VoIP services, and pretty much become what Nortel dreamt of decades ago.
