What's the real difference between both platforms ?
As far as I know it's the same ABI (the main difference between OS2005 and OS2006) but everything that works on the 770 should work on the 800.
The opposite is not true as one could easily imagine that the lbiraries and the common API (gtk, Hildon, etc) have evolved.
More, what could, technically speaking, prevent us to install OS2007 onto a 770 ?
Apart from the disk space needed ...
