Unresponsive applications make the device display a dialog asking if the faulty window should be killed and not kill any application without asking (it would be very bad user experience)

btw, I couldn't couldn't reproduce my problem with a clean Diablo install, so it's probably my device fault. I'll stick with my ugly workaround.
