We're talking about the _software_ that's a COMPLETE disappointment. Without Maemo or Ubuntu, this device is an EPIC FAIL, in my opinion.
Well, I need to choose my words carefully here, but Maemo isn't currently fully suitable for 10" screen sizes, and for the choice between Windows/Ubuntu, the vast majority of consumers would go for Windows. Mainly because of the existing software base, also because of the friendlier/more familiar UI. Windows 7 has a lot of positive aspects.

No doubt somebody will hack Maemo in there pretty quickly, as with Ubuntu.
