Dell disagrees to a claim of "return rates four or five times higher than Windows machines."

And Dell mostly sells Linux on servers. At least that is how it has been here. You don't order a Linux server and then change your mind.

I never said four or five times higher. The claim of four times higher originated from MSI. Who are being told they "do it wrong". Well, d'oh, it's harder to do Linux right :B
