Anyway, no one says "gas" in Europe, so it's still the clueless-automatic-gears-americans

And I don't think it's a problem FOR linux, it's more of a problem education (like reading and comprehension). Can't blame the product because your customers are stupid. You can only explain it the best way you can and hope that they aren't complete idiots. :

Sarahn, then they really sold you an inferior product and it's normal to return it. But if they had a rescue disc that worked, you can't expect to return it only because it's a different OS.
