No I'm not saying anything of the sort and I don't presume to speak for Nokia.
Call me Richard but I'm not trying to be a Dick here... Why would Nokia sell a product below "fair value" in the US? Unless you are suggesting it is over valued in the European market.
Besides, the World Trade Organization would kind of frown on that sort of thing. Don't you think?

BTW, the large font used in the conversion was what was returned by Google. I just cut it from the results page and pasted it in my post.
