Nokia phones with QWERTY keyboards have versions for all the language regions of Europe, but you usually have to buy them in that region to get one.

For example there are ö and ä and å keys on QWERTY Nokias bought in FInland, but not on QWERTY Nokias bought in the UK.

I'm not exactly sure if that's answering your question but that's the situation. :-)
