Heh, sad but true.

Well, at least in the U.S. the various media company contracts will help make the decision for them...don't hold your breath on it being available in the U.S. anytime soon since Nokia will *only* sell it with "comes with music". Somehow I don't see our beloved RIAA playing ball in this market (though I hope I'm wrong!).
