I understand the legal ramifications, but again, you'd have to prove that someone was trying to wrongfully take away business from a product or service. Having a domain with Maemo in the URL does not do that, I'm fairly damn certain that's the opposite of my intentions. I want people to use the N900, even if they only use it for browsing the web and making calls, because users bring developers, and developers mean better and more apps, faster development, and in open source, more collaboration. I don't think the simi-tech guy, why thinks Firefox on his phone is cool, is going to want to hear about MicroB, and it's differences between Fennec, or other mini browsers.

I'm not trying to deceive anyone, but give them a fair amount of information before jumping into Maemo.org.

I'm not making a dime with the blog, and couldn't care less. I'm a convergence guy, I love what Nokia is doing, and can't wait to get my N900 (if anyone's got an Oceans 11 plot to get their N900 early, I'm in). I'm excited, and want to keep the buzz going, let more people know about it, and just like my N810, show it off to every person I can.
Just want to clarify that I don't think you or anyone blogging about the N900 is trying to deceive anyone. Just trying to explain the logistics a bit.
