Ok, this is critical as it could cause some confusion...

Quim Gil is a Nokia manager representing the company to the Maemo community and vice-versa. I think that you two should get introduced at the very least.

Here's how I see it: for flights there should be no problem. Whether we fly in a day or so early or leave a day or so late should have little or no impact on the Maemo sponsorship.

However, it looks like hotel billing will be handled separately, with one cost center providing booking for the evening of the 8th and another (Quim's) providing booking for the 9th through 10th.

Hopefully your team can work out something soon, because many of us being sponsored are not in a position to pay much in the way of expenses...
