Ok, I've done a little digging...

A4 paper folded as Quim suggested is 14.85 cm x 11.5 cm. I found some candidates for that size.

I'm not sure that one will work though. It may also be too expensive.

Looks a little more like it. Size given is inches but it will work with horizontal room to spare.

Clear PVC Badge Holder- 3 7/8" x 6 11/16",
thickness: 0.25mm, insert size 3 13/16" x 5 7/8" [ 9.7 cm x 14.9 cm]
Different sizes and styles available for selection.

Anyway my point is not to identify a supplier but to show that the size is covered.

Next I'll work up some layout ideas.
