The original question this thread is interesting, it doesn't account for the times when those models were introduced except for the N900, aka the queston is biased.

Of that list, the N95 is/was the most influential and most innovative release. However that's an easy answer, thw N95 was nothing like anything else, ans was slose enough in terms of a frame of reference that it broke perceptions of mobile. Heck, Nokia called it a mobile computer...

...the N900 hasn't done anything yet. If it changes how we use mobile computing, then history will show that of this list, its Nokia's best, smarter mobile computing device.
