Umm, moving stuff between the presentations and setting it up and praying it actually works can be also quite an overhead for the staff.

But fair enough, maybe it's too much to ask.

For my own presentation (Sat 11:00-> "Track 1", don't know what room), I'd like to have:
  • a large TV or secondary projector to show the N900 UI via TV-Out cable (analog video, RCA)
  • The main projector in that room supporting DVI connector for my laptop
