I can careless if you knock the Meizu or not, I don't get paid either way. The reason I bring this up because. Well,
1. Apple iPhone is way overprice. The markup alone is like 50%. Considering Meizu is a Chinese company, the M8 could be a lot cheaper and probably unlock, as most cellphone in Asia are sold unlock.
2. Competition are good for consumer. Let's them duke it out. If I can get a Meizu M8 at 1/2 the price of the iPhone w/ 90% functionality of the iPhone, I'll definitely pick the M8. If somebody call me a cheap skate for that, that somebody deserve the Apple fanboy tag.

Althought the wifi is a huge consideration, but at the same time, the screen is 720x480 which they obviously intended to be a media player w/ phone functionality. By the time, if the 3G network price drop, then surfing on the 3G may not be that bad even if there is no wifi.
