I don't see the benefit of driving Eldar off like this. He's got his online news thing going on, and if anyone should care about it and take any actions if the content was not 'satisfactory' (due to legal reasons) it should be Nokia.
It's a gadget news site and its worth to me is that it brings cutting edge news and leaks wether it's a sanctioned news item from the manufacturer or not. If you try to leverage and expect anything more from it then i think you're setting yourself up for the disappointment.
Edit: i take his review as is. I don't think he has any personal motives against nokia as his writigs don't reflect such thing, and he's experienced and knowledgeable enough to make an objective review. Will it change my decision to buy the n900? No, i've preordered for 2 units and they're still waiting for the stock. My personal experience with *nix or bsd powered device have been very good (in terms of performance efficiency and reliability), so's my experience with nokia made hardwares.
