Nobody thinks in the line of "oh it cannot do that, I don't want it then" except if its a so-called dealbreaker.

For most features its a long sum of + and - after which the consumer makes a decision. Thinking along the lines of 'it doesn't do X, it sucks' is oversimplifying.

it can't sync with a web service
Not sure what that means.

you cannot use your bluetooth keyboard with it...
It has its own keyboard. And you can get Bluetooh HID working.
