It's a regular package in the extras-devel repository

http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d.../u/usbcontrol/ ...

all it does is

echo host > /sys/devices/platform/musb_hdrc/mode

...and the like.. unless such 'file' also exists on n900, and works the same way, the usbcontrol wouldn't be much of an use
