Why does any laptop have an external monitor port?
Suppose you want to edit a photo on a large screen? Or view a document in full-page view. All we have to do is modify the maemo window base class to be expandable and a few details like that. Perhaps add mouse support.

If someone gets this working I'll be quite grateful! In fact, it is on my to-do list, but not for at least a few months.
