I've personally never seen this phone before and it's been out since April of this year. And, if it's on ITT already I apologize. The stinking search on this site isn't the best.

Anyways, some of the notable specs:
  1. 480 x 800 pixels, 3.0 inch
  2. TFT capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors
  3. Multi-touch input method
  4. Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate
  5. Proximity sensor for auto turn-off
  6. 8 GB Internal Memory
  7. microSD (TransFlash), up to 32GB, buy memory
  8. HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps
  9. Wi-Fi 802.11b/g
  10. Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP
  11. 5 MP, 2592х1944 pixels, Schneider-Kreuznach optics, autofocus, LED flash
  12. Geo-tagging, image stabilization
  13. 720x480@30fps, VGA@30fps, QVGA time-lapse and slow-mo video recording
  14. FM radio; FM transmitter
  15. GPS with A-GPS support; Google maps
  16. JAVA MIDP 2.0
  17. TV-out
  18. Complete list of specs can be found here.

As far as I know, the N900 doesn't support Java, nor can it record videos in slow motion, nor can it support 32GB SD cards, nor does it have a proximity feature to turn off the screen when it is near the face. The multi-touch is interesting but debatable if it's a better solution than the N900's approach.

<EDIT>
Thanks Ima, It sounds like the N900 will support 32GB but it is untested at this time since 32GB doesn't exist yet. And the proximity feature to turn off the display does exist on the N900.
</EDIT>

Video on Youtube of the product (personally, that cube thing seems to suck):
