It does not make sense business wise.

They would have to make a large batch to justify the fixed costs of the factory, which they could be using to produce other stuff. Then, they would have to sell these to cover the fixed and variable costs of each tablet. If they made a 1000 tablets, and only 100 were sold, the 900 remaining tablets are rotting away in inventory. Unless there is a ridiculously large demand for the N810, it is not economically feasible for them to keep producing it.
