Yes, but to my understanding, the browser renders just like a desktop browser (one of its big plusses), and most sites are ment for bigger screens that 800 pixels wide.

But when I open talk.maemo.org, and don't maximize the browser window, I can still read the post collum, without scrolling, I can even zoom in to 120%, and read the posts, still without scrolling.

But I much prefer to browse with the browser maximized. It's only one click on the fullscreen-button.
