And what I could do was...not much. The "Unloved Items" section is already a bit of a special case within my script, and breaking results down by package is taking it quite a bit further out. I simply didn't have time this week to complete the work.

In the meantime, I've at least adjusted the script to limit that section to a maximum of ten each for bugs and enhancements. For each group, the items put in the report are simply selected at random. I believe that was qgil's request anyway.

I'll play with further enhancements later.
