From what I saw in that article, Nokia and Adobe are collaborating to bring Flash to Nokia phones...which is a broader scope. Since the N900 is in fact a phone, I think we can safely say it could have the possibility of having native Flash Support. Personally, I'm ready for them to bring MUCH better compatibility for Linux so it won't be sluggish on my Ubuntu laptop.
Also, should the deal not include the N900, it might include the N<insert Harmattan device number here> instead. I know that's not what you'd want, but some things come at a price, unfortunately. Still, have faith that Nokia will find a way for the new optimized Flash to be later integrated into the N900 easily.
