Phone for $49.99, free bluetooth, free activation, $50 credit to the account. You must add a data plan to the account for $24.99/mo and purchase a voice plan for at least $29.99/mo. 2 yr contract. Additionally, some people have reported being able to purchase an unlimited texting plan for $15/mo in lieu of a data plan, but YMMV. Some folks also reported getting a free car charger.

The only downside I saw was that I wouldn't be able to try to talk my way into the $10/mo data plan on a cheap phone, but the phone will sell for around $300 on ebay + $50 credit + $35 activation waver means that I'm breaking ahead of the 2 yr $360 cost.
