You're more likely to see Android ported to the Leo (by people like the XDA hackers) than Maemo. I could be wrong, but I would expect that there are enough hardware differences that Maemo wouldn't "just run". And I have no idea how hard it would be to get Mer running on it.

(and, while Maemo on more devices would be cool, the Leo still lacks a physical keyboard and a dpad)
