Wait, I know another one: Point a video camera at the N800's screen and plug the camera into a TV set.

Seriously, at the moment it can't be done. Maybe with a USB-to-tv converter, provided someone writes the drivers for it, provided you can get power to the USB bus, provided USB host can be compiled into the kernel. That's a lot of "provideds"...
