No hard data, but IIRC the fastest access I've seen measured around here is some 7-9MB/sec (someone will correct me on this if it's way off). That would correspond to somewhere around 60x, so if it's mainly for use in the N800 I wouldn't waste money on wastly faster cards I I were you.. anyway, 80x cards seem to be very cheap atm.
