Probably only super mario world reaches 60fps at full speed without any of them.

Because the first assumption is not true at all, and chunkyness depens more heavily on the amount of motion blur each individual frame has (among other things) than the actual framerate.
That's why 25fps is sometimes more than enough and 200fps is sometimes not enough.
