I'm not sure how long Google take to process these things, but this is the message on their invite mechanism:

Google Wave is more fun when you have others to wave with, so please nominate people you would like to add. Keep in mind that this is a preview so it could be a bit rocky at times.

Invitations will not be sent immediately. We have a lot of stamps to lick.

Btw, if you got an invite from me, I'd appreciate it if you can spare at least 2 from the 8 (?) invites that you'll get for fellow TMO member, so we can keep making bigger waves here
