Those that you list are Nokia closed source except for E-mail (Modest). http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/eula/index.php has the license for the closed SDK components.

If you'd like to have a open source Maemo API implementation on a device, look into Mer, http://wiki.maemo.org/Mer
