Hi Gang,

I am having audio synch problems with Mplayer. I can't seem to change the audio delay via the GUI, so I am trying to add it by using the mplayer config file. I want to bind the UP and DOWN keys on the 5 way keypad to audio_delay plus and minus.

I inserted the following lines to the config file per instructions on the mplayer website:

UP audio_delay 0.100
DOWN audio_delay -0.100

But when I run Mplayer I get the following error message:
Option UP needs a parameter at line 2
Option DOWN needs a parameter at line 3

What gives? I am using the commands and options specified in the Mplayer manual. What could be wrong????
