I cannot imagine this being at all practical from an ergonomic standpoint.

I have a Wacom Intuos A6, which is great to use, but anything smaller than that is just useless. As it is, I have been wanting to get a Intuos A5 for many years, but I do not do enough photo-editing in Photoshop to justify the expense.
