Another thing, is that while a proper graphics tablet can sense the angle of the pen and can sense hundreds/thousands of pressure levels, you also do not use the tablet only when the pen is actually touching it (that is only when you are actually drawing) - you move the mouse cursor around the screen while the pen is upto several centimetres above the tablet.

The stylus on the N900 would be able to do none of that. I cannot see how you could move the cursor around without touching/drawing, and the lack of pressure levels would make it totally useless for the situations where using a graphics tablet is desirable in the first place.
