at least he tried to be helpful. it's not his fault he doesn't get any information.

in all my contacts with nokia support, the people threw meaningless boilerplate texts at me and made it obvious they'd never even tried to read and understand my mails. this "davis" is fantastic in comparison. i would consider myself happy would he answer my next mail.
