its not that really its the fact that he only talked about two things the speed of the phone which i can say on a iphone basis will be different because the iphone doesn't multi-task in a sense. If the N900 only opened 1 app at a time it would be blazing fast. Also as far as themes im pretty sure you can make the N900 as "pretty" as you want to show off. When i played with it at the NYC store they said it was a old pre-production model yet i found that it ran good imo.
