Wow, I have been called a hick (ok with that one), a ba$tard, SOB, but NEVER a racist

Update:

Though you assert I am a racist, I thought I did:

Point is just because someone is speaking with "Nokia" or any company, does not mean you are getting a complete and accurate represention of the product and may not even be an on site sales or support rep. Almost every support company we have used at my past three companies has been in India, except one in Mexico.

Would you have felt the same if I had said a hick support place in the US?

Friends now
I have no idea why you keep re-iterate that there are call centers in India. There are call centers in Illinois, The Phillipines, Arizona, India, etc, etc. Some of them are outsourced and some of them are remote in-source.
If the sales rep he spoke with was a Nokia employee sitting in the Finnish HQ or if he was in Indianapolis he, to me, could had given the exact same answers as were posted here. Quality is not dependent on geographical location.
I was curious to hear why you thought he sounded like he was from India - as based on the accuracy/inaccuracy of the posts I sure wouldn't be able to make such an assumption.

English is not my native language (nor is it my second) but to still your southern heart I am neither (in regards to your previous post) liberal nor from India.

Sorry to the rest of you for the tangent/hi-jacking, I'll bow out now as it is getting very circular.

(Thanks for all the 'thanks' by the way).
