I know. It does work with all browsers I use, no matter which operating system. Their reply is plain wrong. Also, my problem is most likely not related to any kind of browser but is a bug in their database or application.

Knowing that, it's even more irritating to read such nonsense. Besides... A recent statistic shows that in central Europe, FF has 40.2% market share while IE7 has 30.6%. Which one's the "alternative browser" they're talking about?
