I have actually came to this conclusion, that Nokia is intentionally delaying the device, its a marketing system,
you build up hype,
give 300 prototypes to the nerds,
they go around and do the free advertising for Nokia,
then Nokia "pushes back" the release date, so people talk about the phone more and more,
so media puts focus on the device "Nokias much anticipated device delayed",
so more people gets interested and etc, you get the picture...

and if you think delaying effects the reputation of the phone, then you are wrong, it doesn't, its "just a delay".
