WAP Push message handling is handled by a daemon, to take control of this one is required to register itself via a D-BUS API - this API is not final yet but if you want to play with it, I have the alpha version and can send it to you.

Problem with fMMS? Run in x-terminal: cp /tmp/fmms.log /home/user/MyDocs/
After that you'll see fmms.log in filemanager or when you connect the device to your desktop as a mass storage device.
