Symptom, trying to pair BT device will fail. It may pair, it say it paired but it does not work.

schmots, do you have an external keyboard? or bt phone? have you tried these yet? I think there may be a problem.

I had problems with bluetooth, when I was using this, and then I fixed it. The problem was that the libs listed in /etc/ld.so.conf, were listed in the following order. I apparently forgot to change it in the mt tar...

/usr/X11R6/lib
/usr/local/lib
/usr/lib
/lib

If I changed it to

/usr/X11R6/lib
/usr/lib
/lib
/usr/local/lib

It fixed the problem.

You have to reboot after changing it, ldconfig will not fix it.

Nobody has reported to me that this is an issue, I just know that I ran into it and I thought I fixed it. So if anyone can confirm or deny this issue?
