Furthering the goals of Free software and general openness is hardly an extreme opinion of the discussion boards of a (mostly) Free software and generally open system. And I think the anarchosocialism bit may have been somewhat tongue-in-cheek.

That said, the Telegraph being co-opted to the cause of anarchosocialism is an amusing idea.
